I have been with Ultima since 2001, and work with my husband, Bill, to form a Team for working with Sellers to get them the highest equity, and with Buyers looking for the most wonderful home. We introduce our Clients to Financial Assistance, getting them Pre-qualified, writing an Offer for a desired home, taking them all through the Purchasing Process until Closing. We stay in contact with our Clients through the years, and have sold many homes to the same Clients as well as helped new Clients find homes.

Our motto is Honesty is the Best Policy. We appreciate all who have allowed us to represent them in purchasing their new properties, and assisting them in placing their property ON THE MARKET. It is our pleasure to assist our Clients in making the purchasing process a pleasure as well.

Yvonne helped us to find a good builder. She generally offered advice when explicitly asked. I felt unsupported in the signing of the purchase agreement, process of construction, and closing. If doing it again, I would have appreciated more involvement in proofing the construction contract and mortgage documentation. I also think my wife and I would have benefitted from support in dealing with the builder''s sales representative so that we could better understand the schedule, delays, and construction defects.
