Una has a great eye for properties and is very familiar with the Dallas area. She is professional and makes sure that the client is kept in the loop at every step of the purchase. Una handles the purchases as if they’re her own and reviews all of the documentation and exchanges. She’s a great communicator and goes above and beyond to optimize the situation for all parties. One example is that the sellers wanted an earlier close because they needed the funds for another purchase. By communicating all parties’ intentions, we sped up the closing and the sellers also agreed on an earlier move out date. This created a win win situation for all of us. I’d highly recommend Una for her professionalism, thoughtfulness and diligence.
