I'm paying attention to the roof, the foundation, and the things that turn into problems after closing, not just the countertops. I work with buyers and sellers across Ellis County and DFW. My focus is new construction, first-time buyers, and folks downsizing or making a move later in life. My approach is simple: straight answers, no pressure, and I'll tell you what I see, even when it's not what you want to hear. I was born and raised in Palmer, Texas. When I'm not working, I'm with my wife, our three sons, and the grandkids.
