Paul Bermudez

Bermudez completed his undergraduate studies at Bob Jones University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Since acquiring his real estate broker license in 1987, Bermudez achieved several accolades for his listing and sales production with Coldwell Banker and other prominent real estate firms.

Bermudez has been a member of professional real estate associations including the Tom Hopkins Champion Sales Program, Real Estate Buyers Council, Real Estate Marketing University, Greater Dallas Association of Realtors, Lake Cities Association of Realtors, Austin Board of REALTORS®, Lewisville Association of Realtors, Collin County Association of REALTORS®, Arlington Board of REALTORS®, Tarrant County Board of REALTORS®, San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS®, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association where Bermudez has earned the Certified Real Estate Instructor, CREI Designation.

Paul also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals (HAREP) and is a member of the Hispanic Real Estate Professionals organizations in Dallas, Ft. Worth and Austin. Bermudez has also earned the NCP (NAHREP Certified Professional) offered through the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Paul has also received the prestigious “Eagle” designation by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

Bermudez is a practicing residential real estate broker and co-owner of Ultima Real Estate Services, which is a full service real estate sales and leasing firm. This firm currently has expanded to include 3 offices with over 450+ real estate agents in the North Texas area and Austin. His commitment to continuing education is evidence further by his certification as an Accredited Buyers Representative by REBAC.

Bermudez has also authored “Real Life Real Estate” Training Program which is the established training program for his firm. Bermudez has written several consumer oriented articles and maintains an active profile in the real estate community.

Bermudez has over 1,000 hours teaching Mandatory Continuing Education, and Core Courses including Principles I & II, Real Estate Loans, Lending & Closing, Real Estate Law, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts and Real Estate Brokerage. He has also assisted in test writing sessions for the Texas Real Estate Exams with the National Assessment Institute.
