Pam & her husband Tim were a godsend to me when my father passed away and I was left to deal with 40+ years of stuff in his outdated 1980’s house as well as the house itself. I live 140 miles away from the property and they were an invaluable help to me in getting everything cleaned out, sold or given away, and dealing with everything house-related from long distance. I literally could never have done it without them. Communication and thoroughness is top priority with both Team Krause members, and I would not hesitate to use them again should I ever find myself in need of a realtor. Team Krause for the win!!!

Our house burned down 2/2/26. Pam was next door neighbor and we reached out to her for help to sell our lot. She helped with getting a value for the property and getting info for property tax info as well. We listed with her and fortunately had a contract to sell in a short period of time. She kept us informed every step of the process. A very good experience.

Pam and Tim Krause make a great team! They helped me all along the way in getting my property sold. As a contractor, Tim helped me make sure everything at my property was in good working order. I highly recommend them when it comes to getting your property sold.

Hello Everyone! I met Tim Krause, Pamela''s husband and part of the "K Team" since he knew my brother in Tyler. My parents passed away and my brother and I inherited the family home. My brother has physical disabilities and I live out of state. My goal was to come back to Texas, resolve the family property as I have my own property and move my brother in state with me. As a former contractor, Tim had a wealth of information about the fair property value. He also shared what a would need to happen to basically rehab the property as it had fell in disrepair and smelled "catty", no offense to you responsible cat owners out there. Pam stepped in and laid out our plan and agreed to list the property. Being local mattered and East Texas is really one big city. Let''s keep our business local. It wasn''t an easy process as my parents didn''t have a will. Pam and Tim got us in touch with an awesome Title Company that cut the entire process to house close with all legal documents and signing within 90 days. I''m not kidding. While that fast of a close my not necessarily happen for a new client, I really feel like the K Team understood what our best outcome was and steered us there asap. If you really want a great, straight and personal client experience either buying or selling a home I would highly recommend Pam and Tim Krause. This is always an important event in your life. Work with people you can trust. Best Wishes, -KD

Pam helped me to realize that I wasn’t ready to sell my house the first time I wanted to put my house up for sale. The second time, I was ready, but my house wasn’t. Every time I got something completed, something else would show up. She was patient and encouraging me. Then when my son was going to bring me to Idaho, she and Tim picked up the loose ends. I was surprising grateful that the house was accepted by the first two lookers the house was shown to. She kept me up to date on everything that was happening.
