Our experience with Maria was amazing. After many trips to the coast Maria showed us homes on the weekends for 4 weeks straight as we were in a hurry to purchase a home since ours was about to sell and close in 3 weeks. After many weeks looking for homes in our price range and coming up disappointed, she came up with a new idea. She showed us a new build that had not come to market yet but was about to be finished. We looked at it and was amazed it had everything we wanted and then some. We became a proud owner of a beautiful new home. We had no idea we could find a home brand new without having to do any rehab work. I can’t thank Maria enough for taking 4 weeks of Saturdays and dedicating them to us. We closed the following Friday and moved in on closing day. We love our new home. I thank Maria for thinking outside the box of a new build for us. We will use Maria for any future endeavors and refer her to all we know. She went way above and beyond for us and made us believe we were her only focus. She also took every phone call and answered all questions within minutes.
