Juana was an exceptional realtor. She fought for our rights and reap in benefits for the buyers as much as she could. For us, she emailed seller’s representatives as soon as we voiced our concerns. She was able to deduct some costs, due to her attentiveness. She made sure the deadlines were not going to affect us financially, in the case seller was going to flip the table. She was willing to help us in any way possible (i.e. delivering cashier checks, showing past normal office hours, the list goes on) Overall, a great experience with Juana. We would have not asked for a better realtor for first time buyers.
