I feel being a very good listener of my clients and patience pays off for everyone in the end and makes the process fun and much less stress free.
I really really love my job as a realtor " and my persistence in turning over every stone and piece of evidence to find the "Gem" of a property that's uniquely meant for my buyer clients specific wants and needs is what I love the most. Catching that "just listed", or "reduced price"property that has the perfect qualities and is priced agressively and then getting it for even a better amazing price is what really excites me in real estate. Buyers need all the facts quick and straight pulling no punches for the absolute best deals don't last in the market long even in the market we are in currently. I'm not hear to rush a purchase but to give enough details, facts, and insight to allow my buyer clients to see it for themselves and be able to move forward or step back appropriately. I hate to see a super deal on a home be sold to someone other than one of my buyer clients. I don't want it to happen because of something I didn't provide, do, or say to help them see the picture clear enough.
Seller clients can't afford to get anything but the truth and direct answers to their questions. Everyday that a sellers home isn't sold and closed not only counts but costs owners in multiple ways and hurts the market as a whole for all owners trying to sell their home. Every home has it's strong points and weak points. I feel my job is to match the strong points of the home up with a buyer with those same strong point desires in the home their looking for. I will market your home to as many people as possible so that we find, sort, and capture your future buyer of your home for sale quickly, that is the goal !
