You need a realtor like Eric on your side for you to win in this cut-throat market. Eric went above and behold to help with my home search. I''m a very particular customer i wouldn''t say I''m difficult, but i don''t settle till i get what i want. We saw house after house till i got what i wanted and not one time did he complain or sound disgruntled with my requests. I would definitely recommend Eric, to any homebuyer.
