Eric is an outstanding Realtor. Both my Brother and I had the pleasure of having him not only as our Realtor on purchasing out new homes but also selling our homes that we were presently in at the time. My Brother was selling his home in Austin and he purchased a home here in San Antonio both with Eric. I was selling my home in Houston and purchased my home here in San Antonio also both with Eric. I have never had a better Realtor than Eric. He can put you in contact with a Finacial Advisor who is also outstanding, to help you get your new home. I can think of anymore fine words to describe Eric. Eric thank you for all you have done for our families.

Eric went above and beyond working with us. We appreciate all his efforts in helping us especially since we were out of state buyers. He is very knowledgeable about Texas Law and what is necessary about property taxes for Veterans and exemptions. He was able to answer our questions about utilities, the area, activities, shopping, or just about anything. He helped us with our Title Agent and Lending Agent guiding us through the process. Anything we needed he helped us with. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone as an Agent. He is a very skilled Real Estate Agent.

Eric has been a fabulous partner. Our specific situation was complex with referrals for an out of state home sale, in state home sale as well as purchasing a new construction home. Hes knowledgeable, attentive, detailed orientation, personal and professional. He was available to answer questions and be a liaison with the builder. I would recommend him to anyone who needs someone they can trust in real estate.
