Hi, my name is Deniz Yalmaz.

I have been in the real estate business since 2005.
I’m experienced with first time home buyers, sellers, investors, Commercial buyers and land buyers and sellers. I have extensive knowledge about HUD homes. I’ve been a HUD listing agent and have helped a lot of buyers and investors purchase HUD homes. Having the experience of HUD listings gives me the advantage over other agents as I have worked on both sides of a HUD purchase & sale transactions. I’m also very experienced with Bank foreclosed properties and have helped a lot of buyers buy foreclosed house with good equity in it and investors make good profit by buying and selling such properties.
I have helped a lot of sellers sell their houses quickly and with good profit. I’m an agent that listens to my clients and am not afraid to tell you honestly how much your home can sell for. I’m not using sales tactics or waste your time with binders full of colorful charts and information that you won’t need. I'll explain you in simple terms the process and will give you best possible advices how to sell your property.
