My name is Brenda J. Andrew and I am a Realtor with Ultima Real Estate in Willis Texas. I have been selling real estate for longer than I want to mention, but I’ll let you know that I am going into my 20th year. I grew up in the Houston area and my family owned a little piece of property up at Lake Conroe in Willis. I grew up water skiing on this lake, and spending time with family & friends there on the weekends. I finally got the privilege and pleasure of moving to this great area myself. Most of my adult life, before Real Estate, was compromised of working in the Accounting Field. I worked for Manufacturing Companies, Personal Loan Finance Companies, a Doctors office, and even in the Hospitality Field. I moved to Corpus Christi shortly after 9/11 and decided to try something new. I got my Real Estate License thinking I would give it a try, even though honestly I had no idea how anyone would work based on sales only-with my accounting brain! I never thought I would be doing this for a living, but here I am 20 years later, working in a field that I love. I really enjoy getting to know people and helping them find that perfect home, condo, townhome or property that works best for them. My extensive background in Accounting and Finance was the perfect niche for selling real estate. This is the biggest investment you will ever make – it helps to have someone looking out for you! My Broker is in Dallas Texas, however, Ultima Real Estate has over 350 Realtors working with Buyers and Sellers all over Texas. I am local to the Willis/Conroe area. I am a Member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Conroe Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce and The Ark Church. I am married to my wonderful husband of 14 years James Andrew whom is also a Realtor. Between us we have a combined family of 5 Adult Children, & 3 Grand Daughters. We enjoy fishing, kayaking, traveling, mission trips, boating, volunteering and anything that has to do with water, the lake, or the beach!
