Mr. Ben is an exceptional human being, the calmest person I have encountered in a very long time. With a patience of an ox, he took extra time to go over my million questions until I understood to my satisfaction. He was a realtor of realtors an excellent mediator when I was being penalized by the builder, Mr. Ben offered to share the penalty with me to help me accomplish my goal of closing my home. Please help me say a special big thank you to Mr. Ben. He is so knowledgeable and very professional in his approach that I will not hesitated to recommend him to anyone I know that may need a realtor to buy or sale real estate.
