I’m so passionate about this and always welcome an opportunity to engage with a diverse group of immigrants who have an opportunity for something more in America. These are established and skilled people much of the time.”
Everything Rau?l accomplishes takes hard work, and he had no better role model to show bravery and resilience than his mother, Audelia. Raising nine children in the U.S. and Mexico, hoping for them to have the best opportunities, wasn’t always easy. But according to Rau?l, “She is the hardest working woman I have ever known and will ever know.” Rau?l doesn’t take anything for granted, from his clients to his son Maximo. Opportunities to help exist everywhere. One of his favorite involvements is mentoring ESL (English as a Second Language) students, helping them complete high school and consider pursuing higher education. He is also actively involved in the community, helping new immigrants better understand and integrate into their new communities through social, cultural, and educational events.
