I am detail-oriented, ensuring my client’s transaction process progresses and completes while communicating every step of the way to you and all parties involved. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS and member of the Austin Board of REALTORS, I believe in negotiating fairly for my buyers, sellers and tenants. My in-depth marketing research allows me to negotiate terms that reach the closing table. It is a very exciting time in real estate in Austin. I offer clients over 8 years of experience in the areas of real estate trends, market data, photography, online marketing, direct marketing, website development, graphic design, negotiating, income producing evaluations, development marketing, new home construction and my personal experiences in Austin.
Having earned the Graduate Realtor Institute certification, I understand that buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. My goal is to become as educated as possible in the real estate market around us, providing exceptional service to each and every client I partner with in the acquisition of real estate.
I am also currently pursuing a CCIM designation for use in the commercial real estate market : (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
